If you click the "workout" tab at the bottom of the post, it'll take you to a w/o I did about 10 days prior to Sacramento when I ran 10x800m with 2' rest. It turns out my MAX HR was about the same and it was quite cool that night. Maybe I shouldn't be too concerned?
